Limited Vision #2 "The Rough Side"

This is part of my ongoing series, "Limited Vision," where I use shallow depth of field to focus on a specific part of the subject, inviting you to interpret its deeper meaning.
"The rough side" shows the side of a bible normally seen as a shiny smooth surface of the compiled and perfectly aligned pages. Looking at the macro level at 2x magnification, the subtle differences creates a rough image of its almost perfect surface.
The meaning of the bible highly depends on the interpretation of each reader. For some, it is a symbol of faith, peace, and devotion. But it also contains the struggles of life, and challenges of faith. For some, it is just a myth.
